Delivered in bare framing
We took over Building 07 fully framed by Pulte's carpentry crew — open studs, exposed sheathing, no windows, no doors, no weather barrier.Our scope started at the moment the structure was ready to receive its exterior envelope.Site walk, punch list on framing tolerances, and staging of Tyvek rolls, Andersen units and Owens Corning shingle pallets.

Phase 02 · Dry-In
Tyvek wrap, windows & doors
Full building wrapped in Tyvek HomeWrap with taped seams and reverse-lap flashing at every rough opening.Andersen windows and exterior doors set, shimmed, foamed with low-expansion and head-flashed.Owens Corning architectural shingles laid over ice & water shield — the building was fully dried-in and ready for cladding.

Phase 03 · Final Façade
Delivered, dressed & signed off
Mixed-material exterior complete: warm cream brick veneer on the primary bays, dark charcoal board-and-batten on the recessed volumes, standing-seam metal accents over the entries.Downspouts tied in, trim caulked, and every unit walked with Pulte's superintendent before we released the building to the interior trades.
