Corner return — where every plane meets

The street corner is the hardest read on any exterior — two façades, three claddings and a brick base all have to meet cleanly.Wood-tone plank on the accent bays, deep blue panel on the main volumes, lighter blue lap siding on the returns, brick veneer wrapping the base.Every miter tight, every joint caulked, every window trimmed square.
